  They showed up on time and were friendly. I tried to explain that I needed a general cleaning due to aging dogs. I wasn't expecting perfection but I could have done a better job with my carpet cleaner. It was nice to have it done rather fast, they were in and out in 1 hour. They told me to not put furniture on the carpet for 8-10 hours. I took my carpet cleaner to suck up the rest of the water and I was amazed at how much water I got out of the carpets. Basically I had 6 areas cleaned and I got 1 1/2 tubs of water out of the carpet and the water was filthy. They tried to sell the deodorizing and carpet protection and I declined. They were pretty insistent. I explained that we were going to take the carpet out after our 2 dogs die. They were still persistent which started to irritate me. My son's room was very gross and I was not impressed on how it turned out. Overall, the carpet throughout looked better. If I have to have my carpets cleaned in the future I would not go through Sears. The 2 guys had said that they get paid by the job so I feel they were in a hurry to get to their next customer.
