  My shop has been purchasing from this Office Depot for many years! Today we needed a couple new office chairs so I went in and looked over the display of chairs that they have. Spent about 30 minutes looking around and have been approached a few times by employees asking if I needed any help. At the time I was still looking then I decided which ones I wanted for the office. I then waited 20 minutes for an available employee and no one came by so then I went and found one that was already helping a customer and he said someone will be right with you! I then waited another 10 minutes still no one so I called of my cellphone and asked for the manager. His name was Ryan very nice guy and explained to him how long it's been and asked for a coupon towards my purchase since it took that long. He said no problem since my purchase was over $500.00 on the two very nice chairs. When I got to the check out stand I thought the misery was over but it JUST GOT STARTED with the very unpleasant cashier her name was Beverly..... She argued with me about the coupon that Ryan the Manager approved and then she grunted towards me called out to Ryan and then he confirmed it to her. She then still argued with me saying that shes going to get into trouble cause of my transaction and then asked where I worked then she saw my business name on my shirt and said it out loud and said... "Well I know where not to go for service"....... You have got to be kidding me? She says this out loud so all the other customers heard it as well. When I am the one spending $500 on two office chairs. I will not be going back to this store or any other Office Depot after this last visit.
