  The building is beautiful and could be an amazing home with the right management, however, the current team has mishandled numerous reports of theft by residents taking no action on their behalf. Mail and bikes are stolen constantly and there are no security cameras to prevent further issues. Since the elevator is not access controlled anyone can come off the street and walk into an unlocked apartment. A major positive is the maintenance team, hence why this is review is two stars not one.
